1. About the service

GasBuild is a digital subscription service: a personal AI agent in Telegram that carries out user tasks (building websites, bots, documents, spreadsheets, automations, etc.) based on text and voice messages. The service is provided "as is" through the GasBuild Telegram bot (launching soon). No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Subscription and payment

• Access to the service is provided through a monthly subscription — one of three plans (Start, Pro, Max) published on the homepage.
• All plans offer the same full feature set and differ only in the amount of included tokens (the volume of AI work).
• Payment is made by bank card through a certified payment provider, or in cryptocurrency. We do not store bank card data.
• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Charges are one-time for the selected period; no recurring charges are made without the user's consent.

3. Free trial

New users get a free trial period that lets them evaluate the service before paying. The trial usage volume is limited and specified in the bot.

4. User rights and obligations

• The user agrees not to use the service for unlawful activity, spam distribution, creating malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Results created by the service at the user's request belong to the user.
• We reserve the right to suspend access in case of a violation of these terms, with a refund for the unused period.

5. Limitation of liability

The service relies on artificial intelligence technologies; results may require review by the user. We make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous operation but do not guarantee against interruptions related to maintenance or the operation of third-party platforms (Telegram, hosting providers, AI model providers).
