Refund Policy

1. General

GasBuild is a digital subscription service. We want every user to be satisfied, so we offer clear and fair refund terms.

2. A free trial instead of risk

Every user gets a free trial before paying. It lets you fully evaluate the service before purchase — we recommend using it before subscribing.

3. Refund conditions

• 14 days after payment — if the service was not used (subscription tokens were not spent), a full refund is issued upon request.
• Partial use — if the subscription was partially used, a pro-rated refund for the unused amount may be issued upon review of the request.
• Technical failures — if payment went through but access was not provided due to our fault, we issue a full refund or extend access for the corresponding period, at the user's choice.
• Duplicate charges — an accidentally duplicated payment is refunded in full.

4. How to request a refund

Message support via the GasBuild Telegram bot (launching soon). Include the payment date and amount. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

5. Refund method

Refunds are issued using the same method used for payment (the same bank card or crypto wallet). Crediting time depends on the payment system and bank — typically 3 to 10 business days.
